Last summer, our lawnmower was stolen from Sigrheim. As the capital of our church, this land is more than just acreage—it is a place we consecrated to Týr and the Æsir, a place we gather for holy days, moots, workdays, and the steady building of our future of Victory. We owe it to the Gods—and to one another—to keep Sigrheim beautiful, cared for, and ready to welcome our Folk.

But to do that, we need a new mower.

The cost isn’t small, but hiring someone else to maintain the land is exorbitantly more expensive over any period of time—even over a single year, let alone over the lifespan of a proper mower. Last year, we did everything we could to secure that mower: tarps, wheel-locks, and placement out of sight. It still wasn’t enough. And as much as we’d love to, we simply can’t be on-site 24/7 to guard it.

This time, we have a solution. Along with a new mower, we plan to purchase a small trailer so we can transport the equipment back and forth—keeping it safe, protected, and out of the hands of whoever thinks Sigrheim is their personal shopping center. With this setup, we can continue to be good stewards for the property the way it deserves to be maintained.

But we need your help.

We’ve been diligent, comparing prices, hunting for deals, and ensuring we spend wisely. We will continue to do so as we raise these funds before any purchase is made. But we can only make this happen together. Every dollar moves us closer to being able to continue proper upkeep Sigrheim and ensuring it remains a place of pride, gathering, and holiness for years to come.
